Richmond Shepard Theatre Rental

The Richmond Shepard Theatre is at 309 E. 26th St - just east of 2nd Ave.  It used to be The Vineyard Theatre, and they did so well there that they moved to a bigger and better place on E. 15th St.

For a production--  up to 8 performances a week, it is $2200 a week which includes our lights and sound equipment, electricity, and FULL INSURANCE.  It's 90 well-raked seats in an L - shaped configuration, with a wide aisle between sections.  The stage is 25 X 20, and the ceiling is 16 feet high.  Dressing rooms are comfortable and well-lighted, and each can hold six or seven people.  There is a lobby area where you can sell your own things (we keep the refreshment concession- but you can sell books,
T-shirts, etc., without giving us a cut).  In nice weather there is a comfortable outdoor terrace.  We also have box office
service if you need it.
